Very spacious house on the Wolfgangsee

    This is optimally adapted to the old style of the Salzkammergut, merely by the decorations in the gables and on the veranda. For instance, the chamfers in the modillions, pediments, arches and hanging wooden boards were painted in a contrasting colour, and thus particularly highlighted.

    Even a modern architectural style fits in with the Wolfgangsee landscape. The plethora of glass blends harmoniously through its transparency with the environment, creating a dainty effect from the five-storey building.

    Light flooded by a big winter garden oriel. The upper floor is sheeted traditionally with larch wood in Salzkammergut style.

Weekend house in the Gosau

    Within a short amount of time - a construction period from September to Christmas - this house was built using timber frame construction. The wood is only visible from the outside, while white internal walls, built using drywall construction, create an effective contrast.

    We built this single family house near Kitzbühel after joint planning by the house owner and the ZEBAU Company. A welcome change from the showy Kitzbühel Alpine architecture.
