Wood is the material from the Salzkammergut and for the Salzkammergut.
So it's only natural that wood is also used for renovations, as seen here in this veranda extension.

A masterpiece of ZEBAU renovators!
We were instructed with the building of these two boathouses for the "Zimmerbrau" and "White Horse Inn" hotels over the year.
Two direct extensions were built onto this house:
1. Modern timber frame construction with larch wood boarding and floor-to-ceiling windows and a bright appearance.
2. Extension for the entrance area in a darker look - to establish symmetry with the old house.
The outcome: A lot of additional, bright living space!
This Ausseerland house has undergone a complete change after the addition of a veranda and the construction of a new "Vorhüttl" entrance area.
